Bee Clinic is the whole dental practice in one application: reception, the secretary, the doctor, the cashier and management all work from the same 16 modules. A patient is registered once and carries a file — a dental chart with the permanent and the primary teeth in FDI numbering, each tooth keeping its own history, images and treatment plan. The queue has real transitions with hold, transfer and recall, prints 80 mm tickets, and drives a waiting-room display with privacy modes. Money is invoices, a debt ledger, instalments, drawer reconciliation and doctor commissions; paper is prescriptions, medical reports, consent forms, referral letters and liability waivers, each carrying the doctor's stored signature. Switch on the clinic network and the station serves every phone and tablet in the building, which run the same application against the same permissions. It works with the line down, backs itself up every night, and stamps every change into an audit log that cannot be edited.

• One station, and it is the server — The desktop station runs the clinic and serves it. Switch on the clinic network and the phones and tablets in the building open every module the station has, over the same rules — with no database of their own, so a device can never disagree with the till.
• A chart that is a record, not a picture — Permanent and primary teeth in FDI numbering, with surfaces. Every tooth keeps its own history, its own radiographs and the treatment plan attached to it, so the file says what was done to that tooth and when.
• A queue with real rules — Validated transitions, live estimates, hold, transfer and recall, and 80 mm tickets. A waiting-room display shows who is being seen and who is next, with privacy modes for the names.
• Money the clinic can audit — Invoices from the session or as a direct sale, discounts behind an approval gate, a debt ledger with instalments, drawer reconciliation, thermal receipts and doctor commissions — every mutation stamped into an append-only audit log.
• Each account sees only what it was granted — Every module and capability is ticked per account, and the station enforces it rather than the device. A secretary can run the queue with the reports, the commissions and the drawer closed to her, on the desktop and on a tablet alike.
• It chases the patients who are due — Appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups and six-month recalls go out over WhatsApp or SMS, so a patient who finished a course last spring is asked back instead of forgotten.

Common questions

• Do I need one licence per computer in the clinic? — No. One desktop station runs the clinic and is also the server. Switch on Settings → Clinic network and every other device — a phone or a tablet at reception, in the surgery or in the manager's hand — signs in against that station and opens the same modules over the clinic's own network. The tablet is not a second product and there is no database on it, so the till and the chart can never disagree with each other.
• Can I stop the secretary from seeing the clinic's income? — Yes. Every module and every capability is ticked per account in Staff → Permissions, and the station enforces it — not the device. So an account can register patients and run the queue while Reports, commissions and the drawer stay closed to it, and the same account sees exactly that much when it signs in on a tablet.
• We already have eight hundred patients written down. Do we retype them? — No. The patient registry, the treatment price list and the stock list all move in and out as spreadsheets from Settings → Backup → Import & export. That is how a practice arrives with its records already written down, and how a manager reprices forty treatments in Excel on a Sunday instead of clicking through them one at a time.
• Does the dental chart cover children's teeth? — Yes. The chart carries the permanent and the primary teeth in FDI numbering, with a switch between them, and it records the surfaces of each tooth. Every tooth keeps its own history, its own images and the treatment plan attached to it, so the file shows what was done to that tooth and when, not just what the patient paid.
• Does it print prescriptions and medical reports? — Yes — five kinds of paper: prescriptions, medical reports, consent forms, referral letters and liability waivers, each carrying the doctor's stored signature. Queue tickets and receipts print on an 80 mm thermal roll; the paperwork prints on A4 or A5. Reports also export to Excel, CSV or PDF.
• What happens to our records if the computer dies? — The station backs itself up every night without being asked. One .beeclinic archive holds the database, the patient radiographs and the papers that go with them, plus a manifest saying which clinic, which build and which day — and a restore is rehearsed on a scratch copy before it is allowed to touch the live database. Every change is also stamped into an append-only audit log, so you can see who altered what.
• Does it work without internet? — Yes. The station keeps its own database on the machine, so booking, the queue, the chart, selling, printing and reports all work with the line down. The clinic's own network is what the tablets use, and that is a router in the building rather than an internet connection. Only the WhatsApp and SMS reminders need to reach the outside world.

• كل حساب يرى ما مُنح له فقط — كل وحدة وكل صلاحية تُؤشَّر لكل حساب، والجهاز الرئيسي يطبّقها لا الجهاز الذي بيد الموظف. فتدير السكرتيرة الدور والتقارير والعمولات والصندوق مغلقة عليها، على المكتبي وعلى التابلت سواء.
• يتابع المرضى المستحقين — تذكيرات المواعيد ومتابعات العلاج ومراجعات الستة أشهر تُرسل عبر الواتساب أو الرسائل النصية، فيُستدعى المريض الذي أكمل علاجه الربيع الماضي بدل أن يُنسى.

الأسئلة الشائعة

• هل أحتاج نسخة لكل جهاز في العيادة؟ — لا. جهاز واحد في العيادة يشغّل النظام ويكون هو السيرفر نفسه. شغّل الإعدادات ← شبكة العيادة، وكل جهاز آخر — موبايل أو تابلت في الاستقبال أو في غرفة العلاج أو بيد المدير — يسجّل الدخول على ذلك الجهاز ويفتح الوحدات نفسها عبر شبكة العيادة. التابلت ليس منتجاً ثانياً ولا توجد قاعدة بيانات عليه، فلا يمكن أن يختلف الصندوق عن المخطط أبداً.
• هل أستطيع منع السكرتيرة من رؤية إيرادات العيادة؟ — نعم. كل وحدة وكل صلاحية تُؤشَّر لكل حساب في الموظفون ← الصلاحيات، والجهاز الرئيسي هو الذي يطبّقها — لا الجهاز الذي بيد الموظف. فيمكن لحساب أن يسجّل المرضى ويدير الدور بينما تبقى التقارير والعمولات والصندوق مغلقة عليه، ويرى الحساب نفسه هذا القدر بالضبط عند دخوله من التابلت.
• عندنا ثمانمئة مريض مكتوبين أصلاً. هل نعيد كتابتهم؟ — لا. سجل المرضى وقائمة أسعار العلاجات وقائمة المخزن كلها تُستورد وتُصدَّر كملفات إكسل من الإعدادات ← النسخ الاحتياطي ← الاستيراد والتصدير. بهذا تأتي العيادة وسجلاتها مكتوبة أصلاً، وبهذا يعيد المدير تسعير أربعين علاجاً في إكسل يوم الأحد بدل أن يفتحها واحداً واحداً.
• هل يغطي مخطط الأسنان أسنان الأطفال؟ — نعم. يحمل المخطط الأسنان الدائمة واللبنية بترقيم FDI، وبينهما مفتاح للتبديل، ويسجّل سطوح كل سن. ولكل سن سجله وصوره وخطته العلاجية الخاصة به، فيُظهر الملف ما جرى لذلك السن ومتى، لا ما دفعه المريض فقط.
• هل يطبع الوصفات والتقارير الطبية؟ — نعم — خمسة أنواع من الورق: الوصفات الطبية والتقارير الطبية واستمارات الموافقة وكتب الإحالة وإخلاء المسؤولية، وكل واحدة تحمل توقيع الطبيب المحفوظ. تُطبع تذاكر الدور والوصولات على رول حراري ٨٠ ملم، ويُطبع الورق الرسمي على A4 أو A5. والتقارير تُصدَّر أيضاً إلى إكسل أو CSV أو PDF.
• ماذا يحصل لسجلاتنا إذا تعطّل الجهاز؟ — الجهاز يأخذ نسخة احتياطية لنفسه كل ليلة دون أن تطلب منه. أرشيف beeclinic. واحد يضم قاعدة البيانات وأشعة المرضى والأوراق التي تخصهم، ومعه بيان يقول أي عيادة وأي إصدار وأي يوم — والاسترجاع يُجرَّب على نسخة منفصلة قبل أن يُسمح له بلمس قاعدة البيانات الحقيقية. وكل تغيير يُسجَّل في سجل تدقيق لا يُمحى، فترى من غيّر وماذا غيّر.
• هل يعمل بدون إنترنت؟ — نعم. الجهاز يحفظ قاعدة بياناته على نفسه، فالحجز والدور والمخطط والبيع والطباعة والتقارير كلها تعمل والخط مقطوع. والتابلتات تستخدم شبكة العيادة نفسها، وهي راوتر في البناية لا اتصال إنترنت. وحدها تذكيرات الواتساب والرسائل النصية تحتاج الخارج.
