• How does it price a PlayStation session? — Every console runs as a live tile — PS5, Xbox, PC, VIP rooms and floor seating. You start the session as open time or as a prepaid block, the price is computed minute by minute while it runs, and it settles the moment you end it.
• Does it handle billiards tables and the cafeteria too? — Both. Billiards has its own screen with three pricing modes — open time, prepaid time, or per game. Cafeteria orders deduct their ingredients from stock and can be added to the gaming session the customer is already on, including shisha priced by the kilo and gram.
• How do I settle with an employee at the end of a shift? — Every shift closes with its own line: entry and exit time, session and game revenue, sales, expenses and the exact net the employee owes — printed or exported, so settling is a document rather than an argument.
• Can I watch the venue from my phone while I am away? — Two ways. On the shop network the staff phone app follows and controls every device for free. To watch it over the internet from anywhere, there is an optional Online Remote Monitoring subscription on the Premium edition — $15 a month or $150 a year — separate from the price of the program. The venue keeps selling with no internet either way.
• How much does it cost and is there a trial? — Starter is 350,000 IQD, Standard 400,000 IQD and Premium 450,000 IQD as a permanent licence — or $100, $150 and $200 a year. The free trial runs 5 days with every feature open.
